Jackpot Displays warrants that its display products will be free of defects in hardware materials and workmanship when used as intended under normal conditions. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at our option, any defective hardware or parts that are returned to us. This warranty does not cover replacements necessitated by normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper installation, accidental damage, or any alterations made by parties other than Jackpot Displays. Damage occurring during shipping or transportation arranged by Jackpot Displays will be our responsibility. However, damage incurred during shipping or transportation arranged by any other party is the responsibility of the carrier.
